Enterprise Tools & Search Engines for AT&T’S Chief Data Office
Over my time at AT&T, I grew from a junior designer into senior roles leading large scale design efforts for projects within AT&T’s Chief Data Office. My core projects involved all stages of design thinking for workflow and enterprise tooling used by data scientists, analysts, and engineers. I also established and led an internal consulting group working on short term design projects for teams without dedicated design resources.
AT&T Amp
In 2019, I took the lead on a project combining three of AT&T’s internal data and tooling platforms into one website - AT&T Amp. My goal was to bring three separate experiences together through unified search and navigation, with the challenge of maintaining each platform’s unique benefits.
Data 360
Data 360 is AT&T’s largest internal metadata search engine, helping data scientists and analysts find and source data. I led UX design and strategy for the platform, owning the search and content experience while guiding design, planning, and research for our small team.
Over my two years on the team, we released numerous feature releases to grow the Data 360 community from 15 to over 400 active users per month.
Ad-hoc design consulting
I established a design consulting group to bring human-centered design to teams without dedicated UX resources. Some highlights:
Hosted workshops and mentored designers
Partnered with teams on projects including holistic design review, design systems, and improving digital accessibility
Graphic and print design for digital and physical media
